For some people it can take years to finally make money as a consultant or entrepreneur. It's a tough process but results can happen quickly in certain situations. Take Campbell. Just halfway through the Consulting Accelerator, he was able to use a lumpy mail tactic to make $17,000 in real estate.

Hi, my name's Cam Rowland. I'm from Winnipeg, Canada. I am about five months into the consulting program. I'm a full-time real estate investor, developer. There's three things that really stand out to me with this material. First of all, Sam's training, his level of excellence, the quality of the material is just outstanding and I've been able to apply a variety of things into my own business, just following his example. The second thing is the mindset training, helping me think differently about myself, who I am, as well as my business. The third thing, real practical thing that has made an impact on my business is the lumpy mail. I already send out mailers to potential clients, selling, buying, rent-to-own, lease options, that sort of thing. So, I changed my mailing a bit by putting in a little figurine, so it was lumpy when they received it, stood out from the other mail that they had. They opened it up, I received a phone call from them the same day that they received it. I had a courier do them, that also stood out. But long story short, was able to secure this property, did a really quick flip, made $17,000 net on that transaction and just because of lumpy mail, how cool is that? To apply something on a course you're already doing and make some money like that, quickly. So, I'm really grateful for the lumpy mail and continuing to use it. And, so I'm really grateful for the opportunity to share this video, how it's impacted me and I'm not even done it yet and I'm excited to see what's going to happen as I finish the 2.0 curriculum. So, thank you. Thank you Sam. Thank you consulting community for your input. Talk to you soon, bye.
