Hey this is Dylan Pan here. And today, I want to share with you my experience with Sam's program.
I'm a 21 year old right now. And I'm in Boston doing my undergraduate studies, as well as running my consulting business. So I joined Sam's program in around July 2016. And back then I was designing websites for local businesses and running some of their digital advertising. I was doing okay, a couple of thousand dollars here and there. But if you're looking into my business, then you'll laugh because of how erratic the cash flow was.
So joining Sam's program really helped me with three things. So first, it's building the right foundation for my business and my mindset. Because when you're first starting, you don't really understand what the structure of things should be like, as well as the psychology of how to move forward as an entrepreneur. And two, he helped me with my marketing and sales strategies, and how I could definitely accelerate my client acquisition, not only on the lead generation side of things, but also in how we close deals in a timely manner. Number three is define expanding our business. Basically finding the people that can help us do some of the service delivery and produce great results for our clients. And also help us leverage other people to do some of our work and not just be a one man show in our business as we grow.
So after working with Sam's program, I haven't hit six figures yet but I'm going to make it a point to make six figures in cash by May 11th, 2017. But basically I started putting a lot of processes and systems in place where we could accelerate our growth, as well as positioning ourselves in a much more compelling way within the marketplace.
If you're considering Sam's program, I highly recommend it. But you have to understand that Sam does a really good job at steering the boat, but we're going to be the ones who has the paddle. If you're looking at putting in the work, and all you're looking for is a roadmap to be a great consultant, I'd highly recommend this program for you, and for you to dive in with both feet.
Hope this helps.
