Hey there. Ryan Ellis from Lakewood Ranch. And in this video, I want to talk to you about Sam Ovens and his Consulting Accelerator Program. So first and foremost, before the program, had a bunch of different businesses, unfocused, trying the latest tactic, technique to apply to different businesses, E-com, software as a service, all kinds of different things. So hitting the reset button was essential, and Sam's program allowed me to do that. And going through the lessons, getting the focus, especially Week Two, with the mindset training, was really big. You know, "It's not who you are, it's who are becoming." Focusing only on one thing and just going back to basics as a business and solving a problem. That was the biggest thing that I'd remind myself during the training, and during Consulting Accelerator. That's sort of the transformation that I'm going through and have already started going through.
Another big thing, besides the mindset, is just you can find the stuff on the internet and other places, but the big thing is the delivery and how it's said, and how it's delivered. So just like you can write a research paper on your own, or you can just go to the experts and look at their research and their synopsis on things and state of affairs. Just getting back to the truth of the whole situation.
I just finished the Consulting Accelerator program, so right now the key word is implementation. So the next 30 days are going to be crucial for putting those new habits in place and building the business, the type of business that I really want. It's not really about building a business, it's the one that I want. I definitely think Consulting Accelerator and Uplevel Consulting are going to assist with that.
