Gabriel came into the consulting accelerator with some experience in 1-1 consulting. After joining the program, he learned the successful structure of consulting and was able to restructure his business. Since, doing that his business has tripled its revenues in 6 months.


Hey everyone. My name is Gabriel Padva. I'm based here in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Currently working out of the Sweet Genius office, and really enjoying the Sam Ovens program. It's been a great experience. I've been doing consulting for about 10 years now, and I've been part of many programs. Alan Weiss's programs have been great. But I wanted something a little bit more innovative, something that would really help take my business to the next level, and take advantage of all the direct marketing tools that are out there like Facebook, LinkedIn, and so forth. Prior to this, I was doing one-on-one consulting for many years, dabbled in putting together different programs and courses. Kind of struggled with those, and it wasn't until going through the Sam Ovens Consulting Accelerator, where I realized that I need to start at a lower level in terms of doing the done-for-you service and then build from there. I basically revolutionized the way we're providing our services to our clients. We do some advisory work but a lot of it is a done-for-you model, which is way easier to sell than trying to sell group coaching or online courses. And so lot of those were conceptual stuff that Sam taught. It was huge for me to think about it that way because I always wanted to become this online group coaching-type person. But I realized I had to take it a step back. Ever since I did that, my business has skyrocketed. We've basically tripled our revenues in the last six months. We're signing new clients all the time. The business name is Revenue Accelerator, and we've been basically using direct outreach, some Facebook, lots of referrals. But the biggest benefit that I've gotten from being part of the Sam Ovens program is thinking about providing a done-for-you service which is scalable. I also reached out to Sam on Facebook and asked him for advice on how do I take my business to that next level. I was able to get it to 250, no problem, two hundred and fifty K, but how do I get it to a million. He's like, just scale it out by hiring great people. So now we have a couple employees who are doing a great job for us, being able to model a lot of the work that we're doing for our clients, and just having a great time, and really looking forward to the next evolution of our business and everything else that we can learn from Sam and from the community. The community has also been amazing. I have learned a lot from all of the wonderful people in the community. Really glad to be a part of this group, and thanks to everybody.
