Hi my name's Roy Haliday, I'm from Melvin, Australia. Before we started the program we're working with a lot of different types of businesses, that were all sorts of different industries, and it became very challenging to manage all these different types of clients. We could already start to see that it was going to be very difficult for us to scale our business working with so many different types of businesses. Every new client you get you have to figure out the marketing, the message, and how you're actually going to get these new client's results. When we started the program we learnt how ... probably one of the biggest things that we learnt was actually how to niche and why it's so important to niche. Very simple idea, but why it's so important to niche. So what we did, we took our best client that we were working with and essentially we just went after clients in that industry and got a bunch more and then it just really made our business a whole lot simpler. A lot more streamlined and simple. Now when we get new clients we set up the same sort of campaigns, the results are pretty predictable for all our new clients, and our business is a whole lot more streamlined and a lot simpler to manage. Getting new clients is a lot simpler and easier as well, because we have a much more targeted message, and yeah everything just works a lot better now.
