Before joining the Consulting Accelerator, Josh was working as a photographer and was looking to start his own business. He has now been able to leave his job, and is excited about his new path. He would recommend the program to anybody looking to start their own business.

Hi there. My name's Josh Gates. I'm from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I've been a part of a number of Sam's courses over the years and have learned a ton throughout the years in his courses, but his most recent one, the Consulting Accelerator really is the best course I think that he's done. Before doing this, I was working professionally for different companies in the apparel industry, working as a photographer, and I knew I always wanted to start my own business. When I saw what Sam was offering in his programs, it really intrigued me, so I did some research and he seemed like the real deal. Before this, I had a pretty standard normal job, but after taking the course and learning what Sam was explaining in the course, I decided to save up money and actually leave my job. It's been challenging and harder in some ways than I thought, but I've learned a ton and I'm on a really great path and headed towards getting my first client here in the near future. I think the course is laid out really well. It's not overly complex. It's pretty simple, but not necessarily easy. There's a difference between simplicity and something being easy, but I think it's a fantastic course. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who wants to get serious about starting their own business. I think this applies not just to consultants, but I think there's a lot of work that can be done in the course that would be beneficial for anybody starting their own business, but definitely for consultants or people looking to start their own digital marketing agency. I'm really looking forward to the future and to see what else Sam has on offer in some of his different programs, but I would highly recommend this course to anybody.
