Nicholas was looking for another way to make money. He has been able to move his way up into his own company, started his own E-commerce business and is looking forward to the future.

Good morning Sam Ovens and consulting family. My name is Nicholas Peshawn and I'm from Madisonville, Louisiana. Before I signed up for Sam Ovens' program I was working for a company called Bevelo looking for another way to make money. I was tired of doing manual labor, still kind of doing manual labor, but I didn't really have any idea of how I was going to get out of it. I have a four year degree, I have an associates degree, but because of things I've done in my life I was unable to follow those career paths. What really got to me was in the webinar I saw for Sam was he was talking about the new freelancer economy that was moving through the world. I didn't have any digital skills, I didn't know SEO, I didn't have marketing, I didn't have anything that I could apply to get a piece of that pie. So that's really what got me hooked was knowing digital marketing, how I could benefit myself, and how I could use that knowledge to start my own successful business. So during the program I continued to work my day job. I listened to it through chrome on my phone and listened to it religiously, every single day. What really got to me the best was sales script, that is a supremely powerful tool that I use in most of my other little businesses at this moment. I'm currently with my former job, but I've also managed to get myself into a better position where I am doing the marketing for the company. I've also started my own e-commerce business selling bangles like bracelets and watches, and because of what I've learned from the sales training, I've also positioned myself in a way where I was able to work with the local, internationally known architect to design the new Bloomingdale's campaign. Without having Sam's sales training I would not have been able to position myself for those jobs. So just because I don't have a successful marketing company at this moment does not mean I have not found success with parts of this program. I'm very thankful for everything Sam has done, he's put together an incredible program. I'm looking forward to seeing what version two is. I feel more confident with my digital skills. Part of the problem that I was having is my initial niche was personal injury and criminal defense lawyers, and these guys are very skeptical to begin with. They ask a lot of questions, and because I didn't have the skills to answer their questions properly I needed to find ways to do it. I needed to learn a bit about SEO, I needed to learn a bit about web design, I needed to learn a little bit more about social media marketing, and that's what I've been doing for the last year I've been in his program. Since then, I've built four websites, including my e-commerce store Laniapps. I'm working on a children's book that I have been putting on the side for the last five years. I am becoming a very, very successful photographer in my area, and all of these things are beginning because of Sam's training. It is giving me the tools that I need to go out there, promote myself, and to get the attention that I need on the internet so people can come to me. So thank you Sam, thank you consulting family, and I'm looking forward to seeing what you produce in the near future.
