My name is Brian Bane from Dallas. Before the consulting accelerator, I had a small consulting business where I had a product or service that I knew my market wanted it and needed and a few, a very short potential client pipeline in place. I didn't know how to market to them. I didn't know how to package my services. I had no idea what to do once that very short list of people was exhausted. Once I talked to them, whether they signed as clients or not, I didn't know what to do at that point. Really, I had an idea and a potential market, but didn't really have any idea how to package that or market that product to them and increase and deepen my consulting pipeline.
During the process of going through the consulting accelerator, really just walking through the whole program helped me to ... I just really appreciated how user friendly it was and how straight forward it was. It really is a consulting business in a package, in a box, which is what I want. I didn't want to have to spend a ton of time researching and learning on my own. I didn't want to have to spend a ton of time with trial and error, missing out on potential clients and revenue. I didn't want to do any of that. I wanted to learn from someone who had a proven model and knew what they were doing. Sam provides that, I think, very well in this program. It really has everything you could want to be able to identify, package, and market your consulting service. I really appreciated the way the program was put together and found a lot of the pieces throughout that very helpful in terms of just honing and sharpening the overall process and business.
After going through the consulting accelerator, I feel like I have a lot more clarity. I have a better ... I have more confidence in my business and my offering as far as what I'm offering, how much I'm offering it for, and how I'm going about building out my pipeline and things like that. Those are some things that have been helpful for me through this program. As far as whether or not I would recommend it, I think so, yes. Like any kind of online training, it really comes down to whether or not you're willing to do the work. You've probably heard that before. Really, if someone really wants to start a consulting business and is willing to do the work that is laid out in the consulting accelerator, I think that it is a good use of the money. I think it could be very helpful in building a consulting business.
