Hi guys, Sashi Hutch from Melbourne, Australia. About a year ago, I signed up for the Sam Ovens Consulting Accelerator program. Um, I already had a con- an existing consulting business that I've been running for seven or eight years, um, with a team of consultants. Um, and with each client, I was bringing on, uh, you know, we were doing very similar things. Um, and we kind of reached out the terms of the consultants, um, and their client case load. So we just ... The Sam Ovens, um, program came up at the right time when really I was thinking about you know, new ways of doing things and how we could take on more clients without necessarily finding new consultants. Um, so during the program we got lots of ideas, lots of easy to implement steps, um, things that were actionable quite quickly. Um, so we've implemented a lot of those, um, since going through the program and we've been able to probably grow out case ... Our client load by that 25% so far. Um, and we haven't done even nearly all the things in the programs, so there's lots more ideas to implement.
So it's been really beneficial for our, um, me and my business, um, and a lot of things helped with the sales cycle as well, so not only when we had the clients, but also with the sales process, and getting them on board. Um, so I'd recommend the program for anyone has a consulting business already and looking for new ideas, or if you're just starting out, um, this program will be perfect. All the best.
